Rob van Elburg, born in 1969, studied Human Resources Management and Business Economics. His career began in 1992. He worked in London & The Hague for a big Recruitment Firm. In 2000 he started RAVE-cruitment. These days, he's a professional with extensive search, training and interim (HRM & Recruitment) results at the leading companies in Holland.

Gijs Notté, born in 1973, studied Management & Economics. Several years consulting and work experience at finance departments in different organizations. Since 2007 Partner @ RAVE-cruitment. Specialized in Relocation Recruitment.
